"I’ve been with Jeff Ellis State Farm since 2006, and I’ve had all of my vehicles—new and existing—insured with them throughout the years. I’ve never had a bad experience with my coverage or this office. The agents are always kind and helpful, especially Tyler, who is the most recent agent I’ve been working with over the last couple of years. He is always courteous and helpful whenever I call in, even though I consider myself a low-maintenance client. "I give this place 0 stars. This place is a joke. They like ripping customers off. They were charging me for a motorcycle that I haven't ridden in about 2 years. I called them and spoke to Teresa about canceling my motorcycle policy and they NEVER canceled it. So I've paying for motorcycle insurance for about 2 years without a motorcycle.The crazy thing is that Ive been a customer for about 10 years and this is how this place does business.
